Event Description

Have you gone through major changes recently?

Are you in transition?

Are you dying to an old way of being …

knowing you are becoming someone new…

Or just ready to step deeper into a more fulfilling life?
Come join us for a transformational weekend

of nourishing guidance and support.

Through group exercises we will open the space

for any deep blocks to arise that are keeping us

from living our full potential and dreams,

at the same time creating an ongoing network of support.

We will be opening to the moment together,

where we may remember who and what we are

at the core of our beings,

enabling us to step more fully into our lives.

Food Sources

Food for Thought, Food for Life (2015) | IMDb

We want our food fast, convenient and cheap, but at what cost? As farms become supersized our environment suffers and so does the quality of our food. FOOD FOR THOUGHT, FOOD FOR LIFE wants to start a revolution in the food system. This film will be a conversation starter inspiring us to think differently about what we eat, and to make changes that will positively impact our health, our earth and our communities. A driving and optimistic soundtrack by the indie band Cloud Cult punctuates interviews with such visionaries as poet Wendell Berry, chef Dan Barber, and guerilla urban gardener Ron Finley. Viewers will be inspired by the fast-paced infographics, stories of change, and left with a real-time 'what you can do right now' message.

The Starfish Throwers (2014) | IMDb

Powerful, direct and heartrending, The Starfish Throwers explores how three of the world's most fiercely compassionate individuals struggle to restore hope to the hopeless in unexpected and sometimes dangerous ways. Continents apart, a sixth grader, a top chef and retired school teacher fight what seems an unwinnable war until they discover their impact may reach further than their action.

This "Mad Genius" Organic Farmer's Ideas Are Working. He's Grossing $100K An Acre...

What kind of super-fertilizer allows Paul Kaiser to grow so much food on a mere 8 acres? Lot’s of rotten food scraps and rotten plants – otherwise known as compost. And he uses loads of it. He uses farming practices both old, and cutting-edge-new so well that agricultural specialists from University of California at Davis who have tested his top soil can drive a four-foot steel pole all the way through his fields. This, as opposed to most parts of California, where it would hit infertile hard-pan in less than 12 inches. Last year, Kaiser’s farm located in Sonoma Valley, CA grossed more than $100,000 an acre, too. This is ten times the average for most farmers of this area, even in lucrative wine-country.
