He will give a free public lecture and book signing at Bloomsbury Books (290 East Main Street) on Saturday, June 6th from 7:00-9:00 pm as well as a longer, more in-depth presentation on Slow Money at the Bellevue Grange (1050 Tollman Creek Road) on Sunday, June 7th from 2:00-5:00 pm. The session on Sunday will focus on steps that the Ashland community can take toward building a local farm- and food-based economy, and a sliding scale of $5-$25.00 fee for participation is requested as a donation for use of the Grange. Both events brought to you by The Spontaneity Quest a 501-c3 and co-sponsored by THRIVE Oregon (http://www.thriveoregon.org/) and the Rogue Valley/Ashland chapter of Slow Food USA (www.slowfoodusa.org)
