Creating Community, Networking & Connecting, Making New Friends, Sharing Information & Resources, New Clients & Customers
2 ~ What brought you to Ashland & Southern Oregon area? Let us know what’s been inspiring you these days!
I connected with Asha at Pacific Domes many years ago, and as I learned more about Ashland the more I wanted to live there, so now I will be moving to town in November to get my White Tiger Farm established on land near town.
3 ~ What would you love to offer to and share with our community? What do you envision could be a few of the most beneficial things that could happen from actively using this site? Feel free to be outrageous!
As a Vietnam vet, after my military service I focused on finding solutions to end conflict and mindless wars for profiteering corporates and elitist / globalist interests who have raped and pillaged for far too long. I will showcase new tech and materials to provide abundant clean energy, food and water production, as well as eco-friendly materials for construction and fabrication to the Ashland community, and nearby communities. I will also be busy building a natural rubber production capacity for our country that now imports it from Asian sources, it's predicted that we will have a shortfall of 1.5 million tons of natural rubber by 2020. Building an ecological civilization, at least a local model, meshed with Steampunk style.
4 ~ Please describe any projects or businesses you'd like to develop, if any? What is your "JOB" (aka "Joy of Being")? What especially delights you?
Being able to show people that we can co-create the means to provide clean energy, food and water, as well as affordable, eco-friendly housing for all people, in every nation, including our own.
5 ~ Which intriguing concepts, local endeavors, links, music, art, websites, books, films, inventions have you been exploring?
www.ecociv.org .. www.primarywaterinstitute.org .. www.globalmissionofpeace.com .. www.greenschool.org .. www.exoconsciousness.com

We Have Five Years To Save Ourselves From Climate Change, Harvard Scientist Says | Forbes

The level of carbon now in the atmosphere hasn't been seen in 12 million years, a Harvard scientist said in Chicago Thursday, and this pollution is rapidly pushing the climate back to its state in the Eocene Epoch, more than 33 million years ago, when there was no ice on either pole. "We have exquisite information about what that state is, because we have a paleo record going back millions of years, when the earth had no ice at either pole. There was almost no temperature difference between the equator and the pole," said James Anderson, a Harvard University professor of atmospheric chemistry best known for establishing that chlorofluorocarbons were damaging the Ozone Layer.

Scientists Keep Warning About The Dangers of 5G; Will We Listen? | Gaia

Over 180 scientists and doctors in almost 40 countries are warning the world about 5G health risks. “Resolution 1815 of the Council of Europe” spells it out quite succinctly: “We, the undersigned scientists, recommend a moratorium on the roll-out of the fifth generation, 5G, until potential hazards for human health and the environment have been fully investigated by scientists independent from industry. 5G will substantially increase exposure to radio frequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF)… and has been proven to be harmful for humans and the environment.”

Humans Are Speeding Extinction and Altering the Natural World at an ‘Unprecedented’ Pace | The New York Times

Humans are transforming Earth’s natural landscapes so dramatically that as many as one million plant and animal species are now at risk of extinction, posing a dire threat to ecosystems that people all over the world depend on for their survival, a sweeping new United Nations assessment has concluded. The 1,500-page report, compiled by hundreds of international experts and based on thousands of scientific studies, is the most exhaustive look yet at the decline in biodiversity across the globe and the dangers that creates for human civilization. A summary of its findings, which was approved by representatives from the United States and 131 other countries, was released Monday in Paris. The full report is set to be published this year.

Former President Jimmy Carter Just Made a Solar Farm to Power Half His City | Futurism

The solar farm in Plains is expected to generate 1.3 MW of power per year, which is equal to burning about 3,600 tons of coal. Over time, that will prevent a sizable amount of greenhouse gases from being emitted into our atmosphere.
