2 ~ What brought you to Ashland & Southern Oregon area? Let us know what’s been inspiring you these days!
The natural beauty of the land and its inhabitants here is inspiring to me. I will join the Buddhist Sanga on Clear Creek. I am happy to join your community.
3 ~ What would you love to offer to and share with our community? What do you envision could be a few of the most beneficial things that could happen from actively using this site? Feel free to be outrageous!
I love to practice Qigong. I can teach or be a student. I also want to learn the Yang Short Form Tai Chi. I have been eating high raw vegan for 32 years. I'm a pretty decent chef, and can definitely teach food prep and the natural high raw lifestyle. ( Former Director of Education at Hippocrates Health Institute.) I know a lot about simple super foods, sprouting, culturing. I want to learn about the wild local edibles and participate in CSA.
4 ~ Please describe any projects or businesses you'd like to develop, if any? What is your "JOB" (aka "Joy of Being")? What especially delights you?
My website is under construction www.katharineclarkinternational.com. I'm open to help with that one. The Klamath Lake ecosystem products what is the most nutritious food on earth. Fortunately, I work with the original algae company over there since March 1987. Good merit is easily accused when one shares this www.simplysuperfood.com
5 ~ Which intriguing concepts, local endeavors, links, music, art, websites, books, films, inventions have you been exploring?
The Ashland Coop, and the New Temple. That's about it. I'll be back mid-May. Please open e-Dialog with me. I'm seeking home, and friends here.

Tainted: Can California solve pot's pesticide problem? | The Cannifornian

The big difference will be the amount of pesticides in your weed. That’s because starting Jan. 2,  when California’s vast legal marijuana market opens, all cannabis must be tested — and most chemicals will be banned. Much of California’s cannabis is tainted, including the “medicinal” stuff. But soon state-sanctioned weed may become the greenest in the nation.

Top executives from Bayer, Monsanto, DuPont, Dow Chemical, and Syngenta today (Sept. 20) testified before the US Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington, making a case for why federal regulators should approve the mega-mergers, which stand to fundamentally reorganize global agriculture. Electric car use by country | Wikipedia

Increasing adoption of electric vehicles around the world has in recent years been expanding rapidly. As of the end of 2016: Cumulative global sales of highway legal plug-in electric passenger cars and light utility vehicles achieved the 2 million unit milestone in December 2016, of which, 38% were sold in 2016.[1]. The 1 million milestone had only been reached in September 2016.
