2 ~ What brought you to Ashland & Southern Oregon area? Let us know what’s been inspiring you these days!
Currently rehabbing a property to be a sanctuary for contemplative practices, conscious aging, and an organic garden for disabled. Rehab still in progress
3 ~ What would you love to offer to and share with our community? What do you envision could be a few of the most beneficial things that could happen from actively using this site? Feel free to be outrageous!
Once property is further along will host workshops and groups. I am licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse, Psychotherapist and ordained as an Interfaith Minister. I plan to give workshops on Conscious Aging, Journal Writing and Holistic Healing.
4 ~ Please describe any projects or businesses you'd like to develop, if any? What is your "JOB" (aka "Joy of Being")? What especially delights you?
The Genesa Sanctuary in the Ruch Valley is slated to have a metal sculpture of a Genesa Crystal inside a 7 ring labyrinth to bring peace and harmony to the beautiful valley where I live. It is still a work in progress.
5 ~ Which intriguing concepts, local endeavors, links, music, art, websites, books, films, inventions have you been exploring?
I love giving workshops on journal writing as a contemplative meditative practice that includes art, poetry and prayer.

The United States is joining the One Trillion Trees Initiative, President Donald Trump said on Jan. 21. Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Trump said the United States is joining the initiative. “We’re committed to conserving the majesty of God’s creation and the natural beauty of our world,” Trump said. America “will continue to show strong leadership in restoring, growing, and better managing our trees and our forests,” he added, drawing applause. The One Trillion Trees Initiative was announced during the forum. It encourages countries to plant trees as part of the effort to combat climate change. The goal is to plant 1 trillion trees by 2050. Ecologist Dr. Thomas Crowther told the forum last year that humans should plant 1.2 trillion trees to cancel out the past decade of CO2 emissions.

The EU Just Voted to Completely Ban Single-Use Plastics | Futurism

EU lawmakers voted 571 to 53 in favor of a complete ban on 10 single-use plastics including straws, cutlery, and coffee stirrers. This adds the EU to the growing list of governments committed to helping the world address its plastic waste problem.
