I have been being stripped of my rights as an American for three long years now. It started by my commercial landlord entering the property I leased to conduct legal business in my trade. Like a theif in the night, while under no legal contract,he came into the property and took all of my property including my personal, aided by my former Independent Contractor and took all of my posessions. This Independent Contractor, after I closed my merchant account for my business, and with the aid of Fiest National Bank of Omaha, under contract of my LLC,practicing as a Sole Propriator began to breech my rights and broke their Patriot Act many times over against my legal person and business..I have been fighting in the courts of law and have been policed and extorted in all aspects of my life since filing (in the wrong courts at the time)complaint against them in 2015.It has trickled governmentally right in my own backyard, and have been studying criminal law of Oregon since I torted the Port of Newport and their security co.back in 2016.My lawyer in 2016,dropped my pro bono case that was in the Supreme courts after waiting almost two long years for my day in court under due process.I have been busy collecting knowledge to re open my case and amend my complaint.I have been extorted on several occasions, but the most recent is A Hit and Run charge currently pending in the courts. It has been rescheduled for pre trial now more than I can count on my fingers and toes creating duress for my employment.I am seeking knowledge under Law of Color.I have been sued by the DA of my county from an officer of the laws complaint back in 2015,claiming I had lied to him about having car insurance.I have paid thousands of dollars to my local DMV and courts since the DA office personally sued my person from that lie.I have most of the legal binding paperwork for everything that has occurred in my life.
4 ~ Please describe any projects or businesses you'd like to develop, if any? What is your "JOB" (aka "Joy of Being")? What especially delights you?
I am seeking knowledge to be able to be equipped with the tools necessary to make those of power that broke their own rules, and continue to stipe my life of joy and peace in my life accountable for their actions and once again be able to breathe as a FREE woman.
5 ~ Which intriguing concepts, local endeavors, links, music, art, websites, books, films, inventions have you been exploring?
I am looking into emancipating myself from them, and continue my battle under common law.I have been recently listening and reading Johhny Liberty.
