We are a guide/family-run whitewater rafting company operating on eight National Wild & Scenic rivers in the Southern Oregon/Northern California region. We offer guided half-, full -, and multi-day trips on everything from the mildest, mellow float to a raging Class V torrent! Our customer service is unparalleled. We are small enough to know your wants and needs well and will do everything in our power to accomodate them. We're large enough to have some of the best guides in the area and state of the art equipment. Safety and fun are our priorities!

We also rent rafts and inflatable kayaks at our Tahiti Hut location on the Rogue River in Gold Hill, OR. Rentals daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day - a closer and more exciting option than Shady Cove for those in the Rogue Valley.

Welcome to the Ashland Resource Center,

You can utilize this resource center as it grows to share information about yourself and your projects, business or organization.

This provides a vital inventory of who's doing what so we can better connect and prosper each other. This resource center is akin to our own local community version of FaceBook/MySpace with the ability to meet and greet face-to-face as well.

Your "MyPage"

You can fill out your "MyPage" with more information and resources. In the "text" box you can build a webpage, add a description, format text, upload photos, embed video, etc. This "MyPage" becomes your own social network "portal" with full capabilities. You can "Edit" features on your "MyPage," move the boxes around by selecting and dragging the headers to where you want them on the page. You can even change your theme and appearance.

In the "RSS" box you can add any RSS feed. You can upload a profile photo or logo under "MySettings" so we can feature your page. For new member instructions and tutorial go to: FAQ's & Tutorial

May all your creative projects and endeavors be blessed with abundance.

Namaste,
-Johnny & Linda, CO-ORGANIZERS

No Longer a Conspiracy Theory: CIA Director Admits Plans of Aerosol Spraying for Geoengineering | The Free Thought Project

Another example is the array of technologies—often referred to collectively as geoengineering—that potentially could help reverse the warming effects of global climate change. One that has gained my personal attention is stratospheric aerosol injection, or SAI, a method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun’s heat, in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do.

Treasure Trove of Documents Released Showing DuPont Knowingly Poisoned Entire Communities’ Drinking Water | Trofire

For the last few weeks, America’s Lawyer and Ring of Fire host Mike Papantonio has been in court facing off against DuPont. This is the second major DuPont trial that Pap has tried in the last 9 months over the company’s decision to pollute and poison an entire community with a chemical used in the manufacturing of Teflon. That chemical is known as C8, and it is a highly toxic chemical that causes severe adverse effects in people who are exposed to it, and the exposure continues for years since the chemical is biopersistent, meaning that it doesn’t get flushed out of the body.

Norway rewards Brazil with $1 billion for keeping the Amazon full of trees | Quartz

Brazil has more than risen to the task. By enforcing strict protection laws, promoting education efforts, and withholding loans to local counties that clear too much of the forest, the country has scaled back its forest destruction rate by 75%. It’s estimated that Brazilian farmers and ranchers have saved more than 33,000 square miles (roughly 53,100 square kilometers) of forest—equivalent to 14.3 million soccer fields—from being cut down.
