My Offerings


I invite you to learn from me about the flow of breath, how it moves your body. Join me in a journey into the subtleties of that movement. You will discover your strength in places you never knew you had it. You can release patterns of tension you haven't yet recognized. Yoga is graceful, compassionate, always new.

4 ~ Please describe any projects or businesses you'd like to develop, if any? What is your "JOB" (aka "Joy of Being")? What especially delights you?
My business is Honoring the Mother. I offer prenatal and postpartum massage and yoga classes, as well as labor assistance as a doula. This is my life's work. I am trying to develop my online store, as well. I sell the Ergo Baby Carrier, and hope to direct more traffic to my website, www.honoringthemother.com.

I also offer massage therapy and yoga classes for all kinds of people. I specialize in Thai massage, which speaks to the yoga teacher in me as an incredible way to release tension and free up energy in the body.
5 ~ Which intriguing concepts, local endeavors, links, music, art, websites, books, films, inventions have you been exploring?
"Three Cups of Tea" is an Amazing true story about Greg Mortenson, who has built schools for girls all over Pakistan and Afghanistan. His approach to making peace in the Muslim world is one that I fully support, and I am inspired by his work and life.

May your creative projects all be blessed. You can utilize this network as it grows to share about yourself and your projects/business/organizations. This is our own community version of MySpace/FaceBook.

You can fill out your "MyPage" with more information and resources. In the "text" box you can add a description, format text, upload photos, embed video, etc. This is your own little "website" with full capabilities. You can "Edit" features on your "MyPage," move the boxes around by selecting and dragging the headers to where you want them on the page. You can even change your theme and appearance.

In the "RSS" box you can add any RSS feed. You can upload a profile photo or logo under "MySettings" so we can feature your page.
