Hypnotherapy and Meditation

Many of my clients have reported that hypnotherapy produces the same state of awareness that's experienced when in a deep meditative state. This masterfully heightened state of awareness can be challenging for many to master through meditation. Hypnotherapy offers an accelerated pathway for accessing the wealth of insight within and the experience of deep peace that brings about qualitative change in our lives.

Fukushima's Nuclear Waste Will Be Dumped Into the Ocean, Japanese Plant Owner Says | Newsweek
