Birth Into Being

By Ginny St. John

A self-described "curious, shape-shifting, little explorer moving through the vastness of our Universe," Elena Tonetti is an extraordinary gift to the rest of us on this planet! Her mission: to transform the world through new birthing practices and, for those of us many years PAST being birthed, personal transformation through a special "recoding" process she presents in her teachings entitled, "Birth into Being".

"Peoplemaking is nothing short of a miracle. We cannot afford to disregard that notion any longer if we are to survive as a species. A pregnant woman is participating in an event of miraculous significance. She is bringing into existence something that did not exist before. Such an event should not be habitually taken for granted and treated mechanically. We see the mechanical approach to gestation and birth as one of the major factors that has already brought our civilization to the brink of extinction. Isn't it time to wake up and try something different?"

From 1982 through 1989 Ms. Tonetti helped usher in the "conscious birth" movement in Russia. Working closely with Igor Charkovsky during that time, Elena initiated birth camps at the Black Sea where wild dolphins regularly accompanied deliveries. Natural water births such as these are the culmination of a very effective program of preparation achieved during pregnancy that minimizes the risk of birth trauma for everybody involved. Through Elena's work a much deeper understanding now exists about the correlation between a child's formative experiences (i.e. conception, gestation, birthing, first year of life) and subsequent behavioral patterns of the adult.

Floating Babies

"According to William Emerson’s 1995 study published in the Journal of Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health, in the United States a staggering 95% of births are traumatic, 45% are rated as “severe damage” and 50% considered “moderate” trauma. It weakens the nation rapidly. This has to change. We see the existing habitual, widely accepted practices in the delivery room as a crime against humanity." (Both quotes originate from her article entitled, "Waterbirth".)

Inviting "anyone who feels they can handle more bliss and joy in their lives", Ms. Tonetti's fascinating two-day workshop offers a very effective, fast, and pleasant way of liberating oneself from old, self-limiting codes. Her Birth into Being process involves "harmonization" of the three parts of the brain: 1) the reptilian, which governs the fundamental physical operation of our bodies; 2) the cerebral cortex, that area to which most people are referring when they mention "the brain", it is the grey matter of rational, logical thinking, and 3) the limbic, "home" of emotions, intuition, sensory perception memories. The goal of harmonization, therefore, is for the individual to create new neurological paths, overriding old, limiting ones, thus allowing for different capacities and potentially helping each of us to realize his or her Higher Self.

To learn more about this consciousness-expanding work, visit Elena's Birth into Being website, where you can read extensively about her experiences and her vision for the future, as well as her schedule of appearances.

With ten or more interested people in your area, you could host a seminar as well. These gatherings are generally held over a weekend (10am-6pm both days, with approx.1- 1/2 hr. lunch breaks) and in a person's home. A large, cozy room with plenty of floor space is needed for participants to do the various exercises, some of which involve dancing, others, lying down. Most of the time, however, folks are seated comfortably on pillows that they bring, along with a small blanket, perhaps, for personal comfort. Plenty of water, preferably filtered, should also be available for all to stay refreshed.

If there are no easily-accessible restaurants in the vicinity, it is advised that attendees bring their own snacks and bag lunches, as well as notebook and pen. Elena has video footage to enhance her presentation, so use of a VCR as well as a stereo are helpful. Anyone can come, although the exercises are intended for adults, therefore mothers of very young children should be advised that their attention is best kept focused on the healing work underway, so it is most desirable for them, as well as for the other participants, if childcare can be arranged during those time periods.:)

Speaking from experience, I can assure you that it is well worth your time and effort to follow Elena Tonetti's gentle guidance and "recode" your limbic imprints, thereby realigning yourself more profoundly with your intentions and creating a more blissful and joy-filled life - for us all!

Australia fires impacted 3 BILLION animals in "one of the worst wildlife disasters in modern history" | The Mind Unleashed

Scientists have revealed that nearly three billion animals were killed or displaced in Australia’s unprecedented wave of bushfires in 2019 and 2020, which experts have dubbed “one of the worst wildlife disasters in modern history.” According to the report based on research from several universities and commissioned by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), some 143 million mammals, 180 million birds, 51 million frogs, and a staggering 2.46 billion reptiles were impacted by the crisis.

Solar energy breakthrough creates electricity from invisible light | The Independent

Two major breakthroughs in solar cell technology could vastly improve the way energy is harvested from the sun. The two studies, published in Nature Energy and Nature Photonics, will transform the efficiency and significantly reduce the cost of producing solar cells, scientists say. The first breakthrough involves “upconverting” low energy, non-visible light into high energy light in order to generate more electricity from the same amount of sunlight. Researchers at RMIT University and UNSW University in Australia and the University of Kentucky in the US discovered that oxygen could be used to transfer low energy light into molecules that can be converted into electricity.

Ecocide Law Would Criminalize Free Enterprise | The Epoch Times

First, it was Pope Francis. Now, it is French President Emmanuel Macron. Both leaders have added their considerable moral heft in support of a radical environmentalist proposal to add the new crime of “ecocide” to the Rome Statute that outlaws genocide, ethnic cleansing, and other crimes against humanity.

Double Victory! Monsanto pesticide and GMOs just got whacked! | Center for Food Safety

We just made history! Center for Food Safety (CFS) just had one of the most important legal victories ever against pesticides and GMO crops.  After years of litigation, a Federal Court just banned Monsanto's toxic pesticide dicamba. This also effectively halts the use of GMO crops designed to tolerate that pesticide. This massive win protects farmers, our health, and hundreds of endangered species. The U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that EPA's approval of the pesticide be immediately revoked and its use stopped. This provides relief to thousands of farmers across the country whose crops have been decimated by the drift of this pesticide onto their fields. In ruling the pesticide approval unlawful, the Court cited "enormous and unprecedented damage" caused by dicamba in the last few years, damage that has "torn apart the social fabric of many farming communities." This victory took years of effort by CFS's legal and science teams and we could not have asked for a better result. We are so proud of them, and so incredibly grateful to our members and donors that enable these major victories to happen.

Billionaire Buys 15% of the Planet to Protect It | Return to Now

Since the creation of the world’s first national park, Yellowstone, in 1872, 15 percent of the earth’s lands and 7 percent of its oceans have been protected in a natural state. But some scientists have concluded that at least half the planet needs to be protected to save a large majority of plant and animal species from extinction. A multi-billionaire has pledged $1 billion to get us closer to that goal. The money will be used to “create and expand protected areas” with the goal of protecting 30 percent of the planet’s surface by 2030. The 83-year-old Swiss-born steel magnate Hansjörg Wyss — who’s now an avid outdoorsman living in Wyoming — has already donated $450 million to protect 40 million acres of land and water across the globe since the establishment of the Wyss Foundation in 1998. Wyss has also supported anti-poaching efforts, river restoration projects, African national park improvements, rails-to-trails initiatives and land conversation in his beloved adopted home, the American West.
