French President Emmanuel Macron told national TV on Saturday that NATO should prepare eventual guarantees for Russia’s security after the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. Macron is the second leader of an EU country this week to openly discuss the West's future relationship with Russia.
In an interview with France’s TF1 and LCI networks, Macron described his meeting with US President Joe Biden this week as a “success,” adding that the two leaders had begun to discuss what “the peace” following the conflict in Ukraine would look like.
Five major news outlets, including the New York Times, have called on the Biden administration to drop charges against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. Obtaining and publishing “sensitive information,” they wrote, “is a core part of the daily work of journalists.”
The New York Times, The Guardian, Le Monde, Der Spiegel, and El Pais all published details from diplomatic cables obtained by WikiLeaks in 2010. These documents revealed that the US spied on its allies, undercounted civilian casualties in Iraq and Afghanistan, and waged a secret war in Yemen.
Arizona’s Maricopa County on Sunday responded to a request from the office of Arizona’s Republican Attorney General Mark Brnovich, which had asked for details from the county on how it had handled the election after a “plethora of reports from election workers, poll watchers, and voters, including the county’s admission of widespread printer problems,” as well as that “poll workers appeared to be improperly trained on ‘check-out’ procedures.”
According to a recent report on US military strength and the challenges it faces that Fox News obtained, Team Biden’s extensive DEI initiatives and focus on some elements of elements of critical race theory and gender identity within the military have significantly weakened the U.S. military, putting our national security at risk.
“… Democrats in Washington have told you it’s your patriotic duty to hate Vladimir Putin. It’s not a suggestion. It’s a mandate. Anything less than hatred for Putin is treason.
Many Americans have obeyed this directive. They now dutifully hate Vladimir Putin. Maybe you’re one of them. Hating Putin has become the central purpose of America’s foreign policy. It’s the main thing that we talk about. Entire cable channels are now devoted to it. Very soon, that hatred of Vladimir Putin could bring the United States into a conflict in Eastern Europe.
Before that happens, it might be worth asking yourself: What is this really about? Why do I hate Putin so much? Has Putin ever called me a racist? Has he threatened to get me fired for disagreeing with him? Has he shipped every middle-class job in my town to Russia? Did he manufacture a worldwide pandemic that wrecked my business and kept me indoors for two years? Is he teaching my children to embrace racial discrimination? Is he making fentanyl?” (Tucker Carlson,”Americans have been trained to hate Putin, and will suffer because of it“, Fox News)
