Hello, Friends!

Hello Friends,

I am a mother, friend, sister, author, speaker, ceremonialist, and sacred feminist. I have spent the last 16 years unraveling the mysteries of the female hormonal rhythm, which resulted in my book, 4 Seasons in 4 Weeks. I talk about this monthly cycle as a lunar rhythmic body clock.

Please join me at an event! Sign up for updates at .

Thanks and Love for stopping by my page. I hope you are well and I look forward to your posts (or dancing the night away with you at some amazing event). .

Please join my Inner-Peace Pledge Project on Facebook!

Using the sun seasons, moon phases, and archetypes to characterize a woman's monthly experience, 4 Seasons in 4 Weeks (4s4w) is a non-technical and symbolic journey through the 28 days of the female hormonal sequence, revealing a logical and predictable blueprint that is easy for anyone to understand.

By tapping into this primordial compass and forgotten ancient wisdom, each woman, whether cycling or not, is given the power to find "home" in her rhythmic essence, navigating her physical energy, well-rounded viewpoint, and sexuality by taking charge of her survival as well as advantage of optimal times to connect, create, exercise, seduce, rest, lead, and observe. When men learn the 4s4w approach, it takes the mystery and the guess work out when initiating sex or other forms of communication.

From the beginning, brief overviews of women’s history, global healing, sacred geometry/universal rhythms, and female sexuality prime the reader for a richer appreciation of the four weekly seasons. ManGuide included at the end of each weekly chapter to assist him in co-creating the relationship he desires. Using language and images that are clear, comfortable, and positive, this exquisite book sheds light on the true nature of the organic feminine rhythm and allows both women and men to embrace it with grace and ease.
Book Series: In addition to the book, there is a Daily Tracker/Journal to assist in implementing the book's approach. More to come: Quick Reference Guide, TeenGuide, WomenWithWomen Rhythm Alignment, Food for a Female Planet, Tracking phone app, and lots of gift items!

Hot Flashes: Young girls get them too

One particularly warm evening in June, I observed my 12-year-old daughter having, shall I say, a cranky moment? No, it had been a cranky day – maybe two. Not that she wasn’t the cranky sort, or didn’t have it in her to be cranky, but her “spells” generally did not last long. She had always been a child with “bounce back” ability, meaning that if she got mad or upset at something or someone, it didn’t last very long. I always admired her greatly for this (actually marveled at this) as it was… Continue

Thanks for your reply Suzanne, I know between modern that are quite activie, it takes alittle effort te respond. People like me, that isolates, do appreicate that. This man lives a meager lifestyle, with limited income. So to answer your question, why no picture? I don't have a digital camera, to do so.
Also I been told, that I can be quite vague, with aviodant personality disorder and major depression. So this post is reaching out to disclose alittle about myself. Please let me know when your book is out. Your topic premises on women, sparks curiousity in me. Ronald

McQueen, that's a nice Scotish name. I'm celtic descent. The 4 seasons, that sounds like the 4 elements. The book to be, apppears to be both provocative and inspriational, to the understanding of women. Good for you. Would your book be helpful to a straight, shy and passive-aggressive type man, that does not have much of a love life? Ronald
I hope I didn't disclose too much.

Hi Suzanne

Thanks for your feedback & interest. I understand being overwhelmed.....I tend to keep overly busy.....even though I love to think, contemplate, meditate & the like, I'm generally not good at just sitting around! My best meditation is in movement, e.g. dance.
Regarding kinda depends on what caused it. I understand that vertigo can be caused by things like inner ear infections, blood pressure situations, brain scenarios. In those cases, there may be a need to go to a good MD, esp. for an infection. Also, vertigo can be caused by dehydration.

What I've noticed people are experiencing....don't know if this is a general spaciness coupled with tireness & light-headedness....among other symptoms. In this case, there are things that I can work on. As an energy medicine practitioner, I do not treat symptoms or diagnose. What I work on is clearing imprints that are like software code that reside in the energy body. These imprints inform the physical body in such a way that disease & behavioral patterns can manifest. I then work to re-inform the physical body with by installing new code in the energy manifest wellness & desired behaviors in all arenas. Since everything is energy, energy workers reconfigure the energy in a person's energy body. Another way to put it is that the work involves clearing out the heavy energies and installing the light energies. You can get rid of symptoms & still carry an imprint for a certain disease in your energy field.....that's why some people get re-occuring diseases & sicknesses.

I'm not sure how chinese medicine or acupuncture would work with vertigo. I know acupuncture also works to shift energies. I usually try to work with alternative medicine practitioners to avoid drugs or surgery.....but sometime it takes drugs to kick an infection.

The other thing I'm finding a lot of lately is that people are needing more & more cleanses to keep the toxins from accumulating in their bodies. I recommend specific kidney, parasite, liver, and intestinal track programs to my clients....and.....I try to do these myself at least once per year. Toxins backed up in the body, esp. in the intestinal track & related toxin clearing organs, can cause lots of different sicknesses.

Don't know if any of this addresses what's going on with you. What were & are your specific symptoms? Also, I do know a couple of good MD's in this area I also know a really good chinese medicine/acupuncture practitioner if you decide to go that route. AND, I look forward to working with you & your energy body when the time is right.

Suzanne, your book cover is fabulous. And so was your presentation to our Women as Healers gathering last week. Amazing how a 15 minute presentation turned into half the evening. Your work and insight provides a powerful exploration for women. Thank you for all that you have brought into awareness.

Love and blessings on our continued work! Susan

Hi Suzanne.
Hey, are you self-publishing? I'd love to learn more about that. I have a manuscript--Completely Different from yours, mine's a rewrite of a 1912 science-fantasy post-apocalyptic love story called The Night Land. But maybe the self-publishing route is similar.

Hi Again Ms Suz, :-)

I am not doing a regular RVTV show, just the recent awards hosting, and piano music program that I edited. However, I do know a couple producers who are doing regular shows. Let's talk so I understand more what you are thinking of. Also, I am not streaming to a web site. Your thoughts on that?

When can you talk?

Coronavirus News

Explosive If True: “I’m a Clinical Lab Scientist, C19 Is Fake, Wake up America” | The True Defender !

What we found was that all of the 1500 samples were mostly Influenza A and some were influenza B, but not a single case of Covid, and we did not use the B.S. PCR test. We then sent the remainder of the samples to Stanford, Cornell, and a few of the University of California labs and they found the same results as we did, NO COVID. They found influenza A and B. All of us then spoke to the CDC and asked for viable samples of COVID, which CDC said they could not provide as they did not have any samples. We have now come to the firm conclusion through all our research and lab work, that the COVID 19 was imaginary and fictitious. The flu was called Covid and most of the 225,000 dead were dead through co-morbidities such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, emphysema etc. and they then got the flu which further weakened their immune system and they died. I have yet to find a single viable sample of Covid 19 to work with. We at the 7 universities that did the lab tests on these 1500 samples are now suing the CDC for Covid 19 fraud. the CDC has yet to send us a single viable, isolated and purifed sample of Covid 19. If they can’t or won’t send us a viable sample, I say there is no Covid 19, it is fictitious. The four research papers that do describe the genomic extracts of the Covid 19 virus never were successful in isolating and purifying the samples. All the four papers written on Covid 19 only describe small bits of RNA which were only 37 to 40 base pairs long which is NOT A VIRUS. A viral genome is typically 30,000 to 40,000 base pairs.

COVID-19 Nasal Swab Test Led To Cerebrospinal Fluid Leak | Forbes

Many who’ve had a nasal Covid-19 test performed on themselves have described it as feeling like that swab got as far back as their brains. If done correctly, the swab is angled parallel to the floor, all the way to the back of the nose, and the swab is rubbed on an area called the nasopharynx. The actual term is a nasopharyngeal swab, not nasal swab, because it’s the nasopharynx that contains the highest possible viral load to best determine an active Covid-19 infection. The distance from the average nasal tip to the nasopharynx is close to 6 inches. So if it feels like there’s a half a foot being stuck up your nose, well, you’re not so far off.

US to Require Quarantine for All International Air Travelers | The Epoch Times

President Joe Biden on Jan. 21 issued an executive order that would require international air travelers to quarantine upon arrival to the United States.

CDC says asymptomatic people don't need testing, draws criticism from experts | TheHill

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) quietly changed its guidance on Monday to now say that asymptomatic people do not need to be tested for coronavirus, even if they have been in close contact with an infected person. The agency made the move by updating its website but did not make any public announcement or explain the reasoning behind the major revision.  The guidance now states: “If you have been in close contact (within 6 feet) of a person with a COVID-19 infection for at least 15 minutes but do not have symptoms: You do not necessarily need a test unless you are a vulnerable individual or your health care provider or State or local public health officials recommend you take one.”

What Kind of Covid Test Should I Get? Answers on Cost, Accuracy and More | WSJ

There are two generally available types of Covid-19 tests. The first, and most commonly used so far, is a PCR test, which is short for polymerase chain reaction. It’s a molecular test, meaning it searches for the virus’s genetic material in a nasal swab or saliva sample, and it is often processed in a highly complex laboratory. There are two ways to collect a nasal sample: from the inside of a nostril, or from the back of the nose and throat. The second way, called a nasopharyngeal swab, requires a professional to probe more deeply into the nasal cavity to get the sample. Some testing sites may ask you to swab your nose or cheek yourself, or spit into a tube. Each of these collection methods creates a sample that can be analyzed with a PCR test. Antigen tests, which search the sample for viral proteins instead of the virus’s genetic code, are becoming more widespread in the U.S. Right now, antigen tests are typically offered at doctor’s offices, nursing homes, schools and other congregate settings where groups of people need testing fast.
